"Humanity cannot remain ignorant of the value to be attributed to a Human"

Every day, within our society, thousands of people are deprived of being and of living their lives. Every day, our society tramples and violates the Right to life of thousands of people!

Yet no one sees it — because those deprived of existence do not yet exist at the moment the act is committed. No one sees it, because no one has understood the value of the Human who does not yet exist — the one who is still to come. No one sees it, because no one has understood that this Human holds a Right — the Right to be and to live his/her life — and that this Right corresponds to the famous Right to life.

Because of this ignorance, every day, amidst general indifference, the most precious of all Human Rights is violated. Because of this ignorance, every day, a human tragedy unfolds within our society — unseen, unheard, and unacknowledged by all.

How can one be aware of it and do nothing? How can one be aware of it and fail to act?

The association’s goal is to put an end to this tragedy by opening Humanity’s eyes to the preciousness of the Human to come, and by making Humanity understand that this Human must have a place in every human heart and in every legal text.

To achieve this goal, we aim to spread — especially online — the Knowledge identified within society, reaching out to both the general public and the political, legal, and judicial authorities of various States.

Regarding this dissemination, the association also seeks to remind each of us of our responsibility as humans in light of a thought that advocates for a Human:

Human is a grave and serious matter. One cannot be mistaken about the value to be attributed to a Human. And so, if we cannot refute that this Human has an inherent Right to exist, each of us - as humans - must feel personally responsible for acting to ensure that this Human’s Right to exist is respected throughout the world.

No cause can be defended without support. Nothing can be achieved without you!

Therefore, the association calls on you to join us, to become a voice for the Human to come and to stand with us before society, shouting that no one should be absent tomorrow!

To question people about the Human to come:

We were asking: "A child exists along the timeline—what about her? Does she have no value? Or should she be regarded and protected like any other child?"

To cast doubt on the recognised right:

"Every day, I can’t stop thinking about you. I tell myself that if I go through with it, tomorrow you won’t be here, and I will always ask myself: did I truly have the right to decide your existence?"

To gain a new eye on the One who is to come:

Everyone understood that the value of the Human to come is inscribed within her/him and once again, as in times past, we gained a new perspective on the other person.

Everyone realised that this individual must be regarded as just as precious as any of us.

To ensure the recognition of the Human to come:

Humanity, united in its quest for a peaceful world that respects all Humans, was bringing the Legal recognition of the Human to come out of the darkness of the Ignorance.

We have always believed that the Human to come — simply because he did not yet exist — was without value, that he was nothing more than a fleeting thought we could cast aside at will.

‍However, we understand today that this Human is, on the contrary, as precious as each of us, for he is the true bearer of the fundamental Right to be/exist and to live his life.

When a Human, once considered as nothing, becomes everything, we reach a tipping point: a society we imagined to be pacifist and humanist reveals itself in a far darker light:

Yet today, as in the darkest chapters of our past, Humanity fails to recognise one of its own and presumes to decide their existence.

The Association's purpose is thus to reveal to Humanity that the Human who is yet to come is not without value and deserves to be recognised, both humanely and legally.

To achieve its objective, the association intends to disseminate the identified Knowledge within society, both among individuals and within the political, legal, and judicial authorities of various states.
